What you’ll do
- Partner with Sales teams in the UK and Europe to drive business development and close deals.
- Use your deep cards issuing expertise to uncover client needs and design tailored solutions.
- Deliver impactful product demos and presentations that win client confidence.
- Lead responses to RFPs and RFIs, ensuring clarity, accuracy and competitive positioning.
- Translate client requirements into innovative FIS solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Collaborate with product managers, professional services and client engagement teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cards, payments, and emerging technologies like BNPL and API-enabled services.
- Support regional campaigns and share best practices across the organisation.
What we’re looking for
- Experience: 10+ years in presales or solution consulting roles.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of card issuing and processing (debit, credit, prepaid) across UK and Europe.
- Familiarity with unsecured lending, BNPL, and competitive offerings.
- Skilled in positioning “as-a-service” and licensed solutions.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills – confident in client-facing discussions.
- Ability to work independently and across global, cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for delivering results.
