The Role
As a Senior PPC Specialist, you will lead the development and execution of multi-market paid search strategies. You’ll manage large client accounts, collaborate with international teams, and ensure campaigns deliver exceptional results. This role combines strategic thinking, operational excellence, and leadership. You will also contribute to innovation, cross-functional projects, and knowledge sharing within the team.
What You’ll Do
Develop and implement PPC strategies across multiple markets;
Define objectives, KPIs, and forecasting;
Lead complex accounts and international projects;
Manage stakeholders and deliver compelling client presentations;
Optimize campaigns based on performance data;
Collaborate with SEO, social, and creative teams for integrated solutions;
Support pitches and business development initiatives;
Mentor junior and mid-level specialists;
Drive innovation and adopt new tools and methodologies.
Who You Are
4–5+ years of experience in PPC/SEA management;
Proven experience with international accounts and platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Analytics, Search Ads 360);
Strong analytical and strategic skills;
Project & Stakeholder management skills;
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus);
Proactive, curious, and results-driven;
Experience in team coaching and cross-functional collaboration is an advantage.
