If you want to:
- Manage company’s paid search and other paid marketing channels;
- Analyze competitor activities to measure their impact on the company’s tactics continuously;
- Develop and test acquisition strategies for various paid channels (Display, YouTube, etc.);
- Drive A/B testing activities for ad copy and landing pages to improve conversion rates;
- Perform data analysis based on business goals to identify growth/optimization opportunities;
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on the overall performance of marketing campaigns;
- Stay up to date on the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate them into Surfshark’s campaigns;
- Collaborate effectively with agencies and other vendor partners.
And you can check off:
- At least 4+ years of experience in managing paid search acquisition campaigns;
- Proven expertise in data analysis and reporting, with proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, Google sheets and etc.);
- Excellent analytical thinking, ability to draw correct conclusions from data and subsequent action steps;
- Experience in working with complex, global, large-scale campaigns;
- Excellent time management skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with other departments;
- Proficiency in English both verbal and written.
Bonus points if you:
- Are familiar with SEO and CRO best practices;
- Have intermediate to advanced skills in Google Tag Manager and web tracking.
