What we’re looking for

This is a contract role that will initially be for a 3 month period.

We’re looking for a highly organized, deeply proactive Senior Post Production Coordinator who thrives in fast-moving environments and keeps complex workflows operating smoothly at all times. This role is central to ensuring that information, assets, approvals, and deliverables move efficiently across teams. You’ll be a sharp operational partner who anticipates needs, follows through relentlessly, and helps maintain momentum across every stage of post-production.

Responsibilities

Tracking & Execution

• Track all aspects of post-production workflows including assets, versions, notes, approvals, and final deliverables

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data across systems including Flow/ShotGrid, NIM, and related tools

• Update trackers, documentation, and project status information in real time

Follow-Up & Workflow Management

• Drive momentum across projects by proactively following up with artists, vendors, and internal stakeholders

• Identify blockers early and escalate issues with clear context and recommended next steps

• Ensure no tasks or approvals stall across active productions

Coordination & Cross-Functional Support

• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables across Production, Creative, VFX, Science, and Product teams

• Support collaboration across US and UK time zones while maintaining clear communication and action tracking

• Serve as a central point of coordination for information sharing across Slack and other communication channels

Pipeline & Team Operations

• Operate confidently within project management and production tracking systems including Flow/ShotGrid, NIM, and Jira

• Maintain visibility into assignments, dependencies, timelines, and workflow priorities

• Support onboarding, training coordination, and preparation for key project milestones and reviews

Qualifications & Experience

Must-haves

• Strong experience in production or post-production coordination within film, television, or high-volume content environments

• Deep familiarity with post-production workflows including editorial, VFX, finishing, and delivery

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a confident follow-up style

• Ability to manage multiple fast-moving workstreams simultaneously

• Comfortable collaborating across global teams and multiple time zones

• Experience with ShotGrid (Flow), NIM, Jira, or similar production management tools

• Interest in working within a technology-driven production environment
