Overview of Opportunity
Two Six Technologies is looking for a Senior Portfolio and Program Manager. Our team values creativity, initiative, and collaboration. Responsibilities Include:
- Serve as the Portfolio Manager for a portfolio of programs that will cross business and technical areas
- Serve as the Program Manager of one or multiple tasks within the contract vehicle, focused on delivery of key milestones, financials, contract management, and other programmatics
- Serve as Proposal Manager for key acquisition efforts in TSE (Electronic Systems) proposals to IC and Defense customers - specifically partner engagement and management, coordination with pricing and contracts, and overall submission coordination and guidance
- Create and manage strategic opportunities, specific to one large contract vehicle — including engagement with internal and external partners, to field research program technologies
- Work directly with US Government R&D customers for agencies such as DARPA, DHS, DTRA, and others
- Lead CBRN product research and development proposal efforts
- Oversee the unit staff of direct and matrixed resources engaged in activities involved in day to day operations impacting client delivery
- Develop and manage standards and methods related to a performance measurement framework focusing on key performance indicators (KPI).
- Actively participate in and lead technical design aspects, and test and implementation phases, of research programs and productized solutions focused on advancing CBRN detection, response, and adjudication technologies
- Design and develop custom integration, testing, and deployment solutions for experimental technologies related to CBRN Detection and Response
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex IDIQ contracts
- Minimum of 3 years of Proposal Management
- Minimum of 5 years of Program Management
- Bachelor’s degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience participating in experimental programs developing CBRN Detection and Response technologies
- Experience with fielding new, innovative technologies, and training field personnel on new systems and tools
- Master’s Degree or Ph.D. in the Chemical and Biological domain.

The projected salary range listed for this position is annualized. This is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. Salary is one component of our total compensation package and the specific salary offered is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, geographic location, as well as contract specific affordability and organizational requirements.

$143,900—$291,600 USD
