What this job involves:

Being the leader in property management, you are the account lead for the assigned property management team.

• Direct and oversee on-site team & drive profitable P&L
• Plan and organize execution of tasks contracted by providing guidance/advice to clients to exceed their expectations on all service levels
• Oversee the overall client relationship management & advisory on property management matters
• Attend client meetings not limited to Council & AFMs
• Support client pitches and transition work
• Execute initiatives & programmes as directed
• You will mentor your team and ensure that you provide your clients with the highest standard of services

• A Diploma / Degree in Estate Management, Building Services, Engineering or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High in integrity
• Strong client focus and able to maintain a high level of service delivery
• Experience in MCST environment and well-verse in statute (BMSMA)
