REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in enterprise or consulting environments
- Proven experience delivering complex IT or transformation initiatives in large, matrix organizations
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including regular interaction with senior business and IT representatives
- Solid understanding of IT systems and project life cycle, from initiation through deployment and rollout
- Hands-on experience applying project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), with the ability to choose the right approach depending on context
- Familiarity with PMBOK principles and structured project governance practices
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Nice to have: experience working on ERP-related projects (e.g. SAP) or in manufacturing, pharma, or healthcare environments
- Nice to have: exposure to Integrated Supply Chain or large-scale operational systems

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage complex IT and transformation initiatives across the full project life cycle, from initiation through rollout and stabilization
- Define, align, and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in close collaboration with business and IT stakeholders
- Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans, ensuring adaptability to evolving business needs and organizational constraints
- Coordinate multi-stakeholder and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, ensuring alignment across regions and functions
- Plan and oversee project timelines, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring transparency and timely delivery
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, managing escalations and driving resolution in a structured manner
- Act as a primary liaison between consulting, client, and delivery teams, building strong, trust-based relationships with senior client representatives
- Drive effective project governance, communication, and reporting, ensuring clear decision-making and stakeholder alignment
- Maintain oversight of project budget and commercial aspects (forecasting, tracking, invoicing)
- Ensure quality standards are defined, communicated, and consistently applied across project deliverables
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Project Management Office, including processes, best practices, and assessments
