Role: Senior Platform Engineer/Junior Platform Engineer

Experience Level: 3+ Years / 1+ Years

Work location: Bangalore

Notice Period: 0-30 days

Role & Responsibilities: 

• Common L1 fixes may include System Restarts, Network Connectivity Checks, Model Resets, Data Flow Checks, Re-Processing Alerts

• Daily monitoring and report alerting metrics 

• RCA and Resolution request review

• Runbook fixes for each incident 

• Provide immediate resolution, monitoring and daily reporting

• Regularly verifying the the server environment (Constant Health Checks)

• Provide daily/weekly reports on system performance, incidents, and key metrics

• Schedule  regular downtime for system updates or maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to operations

• If the issue cannot be resolved via the run book, also help provide L2/L3 support for asper experience

• Adhering Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution, prioritizing issues based on severity

Monitor Support Mailbox to lookout for any Client Issue email

• Check Real Time Overlay

• Check and help fix Security Issues 

• Constantly monitor GCP Console monitoring dashboards  and take necessary actions according to the run book

• Automated cron job checks

• High level Database and query validation checks

Skills Required: 

Apart from being Driven, Energetic and Ambitious, you’ll need the following: 

• Hands-on experience with tech stank of Python, GCP, Kubernetes and basic DeOps tools and techniques 

• Good analytical skills to help identify Root Cause of Issue and create RCA Report

• Should have basic understanding of AI projects in the past 

• Hands on experience with SQL queries 

• Experience in managing and handling  production systems, scalability, support and management of end to end microservices services and  pipelines 

• Hands on experience with cloud computing services for GCP (additional AWS experience is a plus) 

• Ability to think creatively and work well both as part of a team and as an individual contributor 

• Critical eye for the Issue root cause analysis and automation building. 

• A pleasantly forceful personality and charismatic communication style. 

• Strong communication skills.
