You’ll own the reliability, security, and scalability of Sana’s platform while leveling up developer velocity. You’ll work on everything from multi-tenant scale-out to developer experience, ensuring our platform is robust, secure, and a joy to build on.
In this role, you willDrive reliability, security, and scalability across the platform
Architect and implement multi-tenant scale-out (10–100x) and observability solutions
Lead incident response, performance profiling, and cost control initiatives
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, test infrastructure, and environment provisioning
Work with engineers across the stack to remove friction and accelerate delivery
The platform scales seamlessly as usage grows 10-100x, with robust observability and incident response
Security and compliance are built-in, not bolted on
Developer velocity is tangibly higher—teams ship faster, with fewer blockers
CI/CD, test infra, and development environments are reliable, discoverable, and loved by engineers
Cost controls and performance budgets are visible and actionable
You are a go-to partner for infra, deployment, and tooling challenges: unblocking others and raising the bar for engineering excellence.

Skills Required
- Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically GCP and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js
- Experience in building CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with observability and incident response practices
- Experience with databases like Postgres and Redis
- Experience with Terraform
