The Aerospace Waterford site is the manufacturing centre for various steel and titanium compressor blades and vanes. The Site is an integral part of the Honeywell Aerospace Integrated Supply Chain operations supply network. The Site capabilities include operations of forging presses, machining centres, and execution of other special processes.


The Site Leader is responsible for the overall operations of this strategically important Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) site. The Site Leader will provide leadership and have overall responsibility for the integration of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, Working Capital and Human Resources of the site. The Site leader will drive delivery, cost and cycle time improvements, and the implementation of initiatives to build a world-class operating environment and level of efficiency at the site. In particular, the Site Leader is responsible for leading operational execution to targets by developing short and long range plans to assure the attainment of results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the plant operations to meet production targets and deliver on customer commitments
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations, improve productivity, and reduce costs
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety throughout the plant
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • Strong track record in Operations Management, with extensive experience leading multiple teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership, communication and business partnership skills along with excellent negotiation and problem resolution capabilities.
  • BA or BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Operations Management
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years progressive experience in operations or supply chain 
  • Relevant management experience within highly-regulated manufacturing environment
  • Understanding of P&L and operations financial management
