We’re looking for a passionate advocate of actionable analytics including statistical analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining. You will be part of a small, but growing, team responsible for identifying, analyzing, and monitoring issues that affect supply chain planning activities, forecast accuracies, inventory profitability and productivity, and procurement strategies across the Global Gaming businesses. You will play a key role in uncovering trends, discovering opportunities, highlighting challenges, and developing solutions that support the end-to-end supply chain operations. We emphasize ongoing personal development through project leadership, creative problem solving, and strategic thinking across all aspects of Planning & Procurement.

What You'll Do

  • Lead development projects within the demand planning analytics team with agile techniques, best practices, and cross functional collaboration.
  • Create, manage, and refine data strategies, data structures, reporting, and visualizations using best practices for the insightful understanding and efficient delivery of Planning & Procurement deliverables, including monthly S&OP orchestration.
  • Mentor other analysts providing guidance on analyses, data modeling, forecasting techniques and analytic best practices.
  • Support identification and resolution of planning, procurement, and inventory issues and strategies.
  • Champion strategies that improve inventory turnover and planning accuracy.
  • Create and refine predictive analytics models.
  • Engage with cross functional teams regarding key data sources, operational practices, master data management, and advanced analytics projects.
  • Support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, and other team strategies and requests, as needed.
  • Creation of ad hoc analyses.
  • This role has frequent interaction with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Operations, and Business Analytics.
  • The Planning & Procurement Analytics team’s ongoing goal is to provide insights to understand, predict, and optimize demand, supply, and inventory.
  • All other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, demand planning, supply planning, or inventory planning.
  • Must have Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency as well as aptitude with explanatory analysis, data mining, and statistical analysis.
  • Intermediate experience with relational databases required including database programming in T-SQL, or a similar language.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, economics, mathematics, statistics or other analytical or business focused area required.
  • Python or R, and Tableau or Power BI experience required.
  • Predictive modeling or machine learning experience required.
  • Ability to collaborate across time zones with teams operating in the US, Australia, and India.
  • Microsoft D365 experience a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills working cross-functionally with various teams, such as supply chain, procurement, finance, and IT, to drive integrated planning and analytics solutions.
  • Problem-Solving with creative and analytical thinking, ability to navigate complex challenges, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with the organization's goals and drive business growth.
  • Flexible and open to change, able to quickly adapt to new technologies, methodologies, and market conditions.

Travel Expectations

Pay Range$86,097 - $159,894 per year

Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
