WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The International Planning team drives end-to-end business planning across global markets outside of the US and China, partnering with teams across EMEA, APLA, and LATAM. This role is part of the Korea business, working closely with the Integrated Marketplace Director in Seoul and reporting to the International Planning Director based in the Netherlands.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align demand, inventory, and financial targets, while contributing to a globally connected planning function.

Experience working in a global or multi-market environment is highly valued.
- 5-7 years of experience in planning, merchandising, finance, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Strong understanding of retail KPIs and planning metrics with hands-on experience in forecasting and financial planning
- Advanced Excel skills (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization); experience with Power Query or macros is a plus
- Experience in Direct-to-Consumer or global business environments preferred
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will drive marketplace planning and forecasting across the Korea wholesale business, ensuring alignment between demand, inventory, and financial targets. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to optimize performance and deliver actionable insights that support business growth and profitability. You will:
- Execute open-to-buy planning processes to manage inventory and drive marketplace performance across categories
- Lead seasonal planning through the Merchandise Financial Planning process, aligning sales, inventory, and margin targets
- Build and maintain detailed forecasts in partnership with Merchandising, Commercial, and Finance teams
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews, analyzing performance against plan and forecast
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities across sales, inventory, and order book, and recommend actions to optimize business outcomes
- Collaborate across channels within the integrated marketplace to improve profitability through shared inventory strategies
- Partner with global planning teams to develop tools, reporting, and processes that enhance visibility and operational efficiency
- Represent planning in cross-functional and external meetings when required
Skills Required
- 5-7 years of experience in planning, merchandising, finance, or a related field
