What You'll Do
We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist for a full-time, onsite position at our Old Town Scottsdale office. This role is pivotal in driving our company’s growth by developing and executing end-to-end lead generation campaigns across digital channels, including email/marketing automation, SEM, SEO, paid social, content marketing, SMS, and site/page conversion optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B and SaaS technology marketing, with experience in the automotive sector being a plus. You will ensure our digital and event strategies are seamlessly integrated, contributing to both revenue and SQL growth.
- Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of DAS Technology products and their value to our clients.
- Lead Generation Campaigns: Drive revenue through strategic performance marketing campaign development, targeting audience segments, and aligning with overall marketing objectives.
- Content Development & Creative Direction: Collaborate with the Creative Design team to craft compelling copy and visual elements that align with campaign goals.
- Campaign Execution: Utilize a mix of owned, earned, and paid media channels to maximize lead acquisition and conversion rates.
- Analysis & Optimization: Establish KPIs, conduct A/B testing, and analyze campaign data to continuously improve performance.
- Budget Management: Ensure efficient budget allocation across performance channels, focusing on ROI.
- Website Performance: Oversee SEO and conversion optimization for corporate websites, providing metrics and high-level reporting for leadership.
- Event Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to execute lead-gen campaigns for client-facing events, ensuring event sales and ROI goals are met.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align marketing strategies with overall business goals by working closely with sales and client success teams.
- Embrace Technology: Stay updated on marketing technology trends and integrate innovative tools into campaigns.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on digital channels such as content marketing, online advertising, email, social media, and retargeting.
- Proven experience in planning, creating, executing, and optimizing lead generation marketing efforts.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a creative mindset and data-driven approach.
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to adapt quickly to changing industry conditions and business needs.
- Experience in automotive or B2B technology marketing is a plus.
- Strong project management and data analysis skills.
