Senior Performance & Growth Manager
As we continue to grow globally, we're looking for an experienced performance and growth marketer to join Pexip to lead and optimize campaigns, systems, and digital experiences that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue.
At Pexip, we’re a small, globally diverse team spread across countries, united by a passion to empower secure, seamless video collaboration for everyone. Guided by our winning mindset to always think like world champions, we partner with leading industry players to make a big impact on a global scale. If joining a talented, close-knit, and customer-obsessed team on a mission that truly matters is important to you, we hope you keep reading.
This is a temporary position (parental leave) until summer 2027. You'll be working strategically and hands-on, combining data, experimentation, marketing technology, and commercial thinking to create measurable business impact.
What you’ll do:
- Pipeline: Own the full-funnel marketing performance end to end: understand how every stage impacts the buying journey, tracking key funnel metrics, identify bottlenecks, and guide the team on what to fix and why, driving measurable contribution to pipeline.
- Reporting: Track and report on overarching digital pipeline, conversion rates, performance, and ROI of a multi-million NOK budget to marketing leadership
- Paid media: Implement and optimize global paid media ads across search, display and other digital formats in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and AdRoll.
- Tracking: Maintain and optimize tracking infrastructure, including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and other pixels in close collaboration with Marketing Operations. Protect ad spend through spam-blocking measures via Lunio.
- Experimentation: Run and suggest A/B tests across ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve conversion rates.
- AI: Champion AI optimization across the marketing function,
especially on improving funnel conversion, and help make our team a leading example of AI-native marketing in practice
Supporting the team while a colleague is on leave, you’ll also:
- For 3-4 months, you'll also cover essential HubSpot tasks while a colleague is on leave: updating existing workflows and automations (lead nurturing, qualification, and the website e-commerce) and keeping data clean. The system is established and documented; the job is to keep it running, not rebuild
- Perform technical checks and manage HubSpot approvals, such as newsletters, landing pages, and website pages
- Manage administration of marketing-owned tools
You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Campaign and Content Marketing, Brand, Regional Marketing, and Sales. The role reports to the CMO.
What you´ll bring:
- You have 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing.
- Solid business understanding.
A bonus if you have commercial experience in international B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- You have hands-on experience with ad platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- You're confident working with website platforms and digital performance metrics
- You're comfortable in HubSpot. You don't need to be an architect, but you need to be confident enough to keep things running for a few months.
- You can analyze a dashboard, spot what matters, and translate it into strategy and recommendations that hold up in front of senior stakeholders
- AI tools are already part of how you work, and you have a point of view on where they belong in a modern marketing team
- You're fluent in English, written and spoken.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or similar.
