Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior PeopleSoft Technical Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft technical development, production support, integrations, testing, and automation using PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM applications while driving automated regression testing and ensuring application stability.

RequirementsRequired Skills

✔ 10+ years of hands-on PeopleSoft Technical Development experience.

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience with PeopleSoft Test Framework (PTF) or implementation across at least two projects.

✔ Strong experience in PeopleSoft FSCM and/or HCM implementation, enhancement, upgrade, or support.

✔ Hands-on expertise in PeopleTools, Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker, SQR, BI Publisher, PS Query, and SQL.

✔ Experience with automated regression testing, defect resolution, and production support.

✔ Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Good to Have

➕ Experience with PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM).

➕ Exposure to CI/CD and Agile methodologies.

➕ Experience working in complex PeopleSoft environments with integrations and customizations.

➕ Experience coordinating with cross-functional and QA teams.

Additional Information

? Candidate should be comfortable working with the US customer shift, including an overlap of approximately 4 hours (up to 11:00 PM IST).
