As a Global Senior People Operations Associate, you enjoy the fast paced culture of a startup and are hungry to play a critical role in a sustainable, impactful business. You will play a key role in supporting the administration of the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding, development, retention, and separation. To be successful in this role, you should be organized, have strong time management skills, and be a people person. You will be set up with the tools for success and be expected to deliver.

What will you do…
Your focus will be:
People Operations
- Global people administration
- Payroll management & execution, including FP&A required Reports
- Support in payroll audits where needed
- Facilitating the Global Performance Management cycle & Framework
- Drafting company policies in line with global company policies and guidelines
- Managing employee lifecycle respond to employee and manager requests
- Managing Company assets and Company / Office Administration
- Participate in HR projects to improve our processes and ultimately, our Homagers’ experiences
Engagement
- Driving Culture & Engagement Initiatives
- Be the champion for Notion globally
- Improving Homage’s onboarding and offboarding procedure
Talent Acquisition
- Managing end-to-end Recruitment for Homage
- Responsible for all preliminary resume & phone screening
- Coordinating Case Challenges, Second Round Interviews as well as Executive Interviews where necessary
Skills & Experience you will need…
- Bachelor degree in Human Resource, Psychology, Business Admin or similar.
- Min 2 years' relevant work experience in People Operations or a similar field preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in working with internal and external stakeholders
- Loves a challenge and not afraid to strive for improvement of Homage
- Mission-driven
- Detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills

What We Do
