- Acting as the local HR point of contact for Ruby employees, supporting leaders and teams with daily people matters and fostering positive employee relations, making sure employees feel understood and supported throughout their journey with us.
- Collaborating with local leadership and the central People team to develop, implement, and maintain scalable People processes and policies that help us grow and thrive.
- Implementing local well-being, engagement, and social initiatives that strengthen our studio culture, working together with central HR.
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for Ruby Studio, including sourcing, job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
- Managing the onboarding and offboarding processes locally.
- Preparing essential HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, and termination letters with care and precision, while also maintaining accurate and compliant employee records in our HRIS.
Experience and skills we are looking for:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- You bring several years experience in HR, ideally in a generalist or HR operations role.
- You have a strong understanding of Turkish labor law and HR best practices.
- You're experienced in managing HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, from welcoming new team members to supporting their growth and transitions.
- You have experience in sourcing, attracting talent, and conducting end-to-end recruitment processes.
- You possess professional English and Turkish language skills, both written and spoken, allowing you to connect and collaborate effectively with everyone.
- You are customer- and service-oriented with high empathy, always ready to support.
- You have good communication and collaboration skills, enabling you to partner effectively with various stakeholders. You're curious about continuous learning and always looking for ways to improve.
