About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Pega Developer with a strong background in end-to-end application development on Pega Infinity, and strong knowledge of Pega CS or Pega KYC framework along with modern UI frameworks including Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React. This role demands not only technical expertise but also mentoring abilities to guide and support the development team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure Pega applications from scratch, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define solution architecture and implementation approach.
- Require strong knowledge on frameworks like Pega CS, Pega CRM, Pega KYC.
- Build modern, responsive UIs using Theme Cosmos, Cosmos React, and UI Kit based on the application needs and user experience goals.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, and quality assurance to ensure robust and maintainable solutions.
- Mentor junior developers, enforce best practices, and contribute to the continuous improvement of development standards and practices.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues across Pega layers and work closely with other teams to resolve them.
- Prepare technical documentation, estimation, and design specifications as required.
- Stay up to date with Pega product releases, particularly around Pega Infinity and its evolving capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Pega development.
- Strong hands-on experience with pega frameworks (CS, CRM, KYC), data models, and out-of-the-box rules.
- Proven experience in developing Pega applications on Pega Infinity (v8.7 or above).
- Expertise in Theme Cosmos, UI Kit, and Cosmos React with a clear understanding of SPA behavior and DX APIs.
- Pega certifications - Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is required, Certified Customer service developer (PCSD) is good to have.
- Experience with DevOps practices, unit testing, and CI/CD pipelines in Pega is an added advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in mentoring and leading small to mid-sized development teams.
