WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The role of Senior Partner Representative, Key & General Partners will report into the Manager, Philippines Key & General Partners and be part of the larger Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I) Marketplace Partners team.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Nike SEA&I is seeking a Senior Partner Representative, Key & General Partners based in our Manila, Philippines office. The Senior Partner Representative, Key & General Partners will work as part of the Nike SEA&I team to support and drive the consumer focus, strategy development, marketing plans and manage relationships with key partners who authenticate our brand in the SEA&I marketplace. We will identify product opportunities and implement product strategies, stay current on product and product changes and display strong customer service skills by developing and maintaining relationships with key customer personnel at all levels of the customer's business.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of business experience that includes field sales, retail buying, merchandising, sales business planning or sales business analysis.

  • Strong working knowledge of the athletic industry and trends in the marketplace, with keen understanding of the competitive market, customers, retail trends and team sales.

  • Ability to use financial data to make decisions and maximize account profitability and experience developing seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.

  • Proven leadership and teamwork ability toward developing and maintaining high profile, influential and collaborative relationships across teams, functions and organizational layers.

  • Demonstrated ability to prepare, plan and deliver clear and persuasive presentations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a Senior Partner Representative, Key & General Partners, you will –

  • Optimize Nike product sales by delivering accurate and realistic seasonal assortments, forecasts, and scenario plans.

  • Solicit and submit orders, ensuring timely coordination of order tracking, retail releases and launch information, order confirmation, cancellations/Return-To-Stock summaries and delivery of information.

  • Increase sell-in and sell-through by preparing, planning and delivering clear and persuasive product and brand presentations.
