Digital Turbine is looking for a Senior Partner Manager to work on our Channel Partners team. The perfect candidate is a team player who's hungry to learn and grow their skill sets as well as pick up new ones on the fly. Must have at least 5+ year of experience previously leading multi-country talent hiring. This Senior Partner Manager will be responsible for some regions in EMEA and will work with resellers in those regions. The Senior Partner Manager will be joining our İstanbul office and reporting to Partner Management, Team Lead. About the role:
About the role:
- Manage day-to-day relationships with brands & agencies,
- Develop and implement strategies in collaboration with partners that align with the unique needs and priorities of countries
- Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and optimize towards key metrics,
- Identify, analyze and benchmark campaign and customer success that leads to new sales opportunities or relationship building with key customer accounts,
- Develop and cultivate relationships with brand sales, creative and operational teams with an emphasis on superior customer service and positive customer experience,
- Coordinating cross-functional teams from AdOps, Analytics, QA, Creative, Sales to ensure optimal campaign performance and execution.
About you:
- BS required (economics, business, or marketing preferred),
- At least 5 years of client relationship experience with a track record of hitting targets and positive-ROI,
- Experienced in branding models for mobile and social games (CPM, CPCV),
- Strong understanding of existing mobile advertising and monetization ecosystem,
- Proven track record to manage and develop client relationships,
- Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities,
- Excellent command of English,
- Ability to collaborate with international and management teams,
- Self-starter.
