Sr. Partner Growth Manager

Job Description

The Sr. Partner Growth Manager is responsible for accelerating revenue growth through PointCentral's channel sales model. This role works alongside Service Providers, PointCentral Account Executives, and internal cross-functional teams to improve partner execution, increase the number of active producing partners, and drive a predictable growth engine across new business and expansion.

This role owns partner-driven new-logo growth and all expansion within assigned partner-managed accounts, while ensuring Service Providers are aligned, enabled, and positioned to execute successfully. It does not replace direct seller ownership of enterprise new-logo opportunities, but partners closely with Account Executives on strategic opportunities where additional support is required.

This role is expected to spend significant time in the field with Service Providers to recruit new partners, strengthen relationships, improve selling execution, and drive consistent growth outcomes. The Sr. Partner Growth Manager also coordinates structured support for revenue-impacting partner issues through prioritization, routing, escalation, and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own partner-driven new-logo growth and all expansion within assigned partner-managed accounts, with clear accountability for pipeline creation, qualification, progression, and revenue outcomes.
  • Build and execute joint growth plans with Service Providers that activate more producing partners, identify portfolio expansion opportunities, and create a more diversified contribution model across the partner base.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new Service Providers aligned to PointCentral's target markets, establishing clear success criteria to ensure newly added partners become active and productive contributors.
  • Lead structured business reviews, account planning, and partner performance discussions using internal data, partner insights, and tiered productivity measures to create intentional growth plans.
  • Accelerate partner-led opportunities through common stall points — including technical validation, pricing alignment, solution positioning, and value articulation — while coordinating internal resources to maintain deal momentum and improve close rates.
  • Partner with Account Executives on enterprise opportunities and strategic expansions where direct-selling support is required, while maintaining clear ownership of assigned partner-driven growth opportunities.
  • Serve as a senior point of contact for revenue-impacting partner issues by triaging, routing, escalating, and driving cross-functional follow-through across onboarding, support, product, pricing, and execution needs.
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records for opportunities, partner activity, account plans, key contacts, timelines, and next steps, and provide consistent updates on pipeline, expansion, and partner productivity.
  • Capture and route structured partner feedback on competitive positioning, objections, product gaps, implementation friction, and support needs to improve the broader partner experience.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, partner development, account growth, or enterprise sales within a partner-led model.
  • Experience working in or selling into the MDU, property management, proptech, or related real estate technology space preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without direct authority across partners and internal teams.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort engaging with Service Provider leadership, ownership group stakeholders, and customer decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical capability to interpret performance data, identify growth opportunities, and manage partner productivity.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and common sales productivity tools.
  • Ability to balance revenue growth ownership with structured partner support coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Travel

Willingness to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, joint selling, business reviews, onboarding, and industry events within the assigned territory.

Education

Bachelor's degree required.

Please note that sponsorship of new applicants for employment authorization, or any other immigration-related support, is not available for this position at this time.
