• Streamline Global Mobility Processes: Develop and implement strategies to optimize global mobility processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to facilitate end-to-end immigration processes for outbound movements to the US, Canada, EMEA, and APAC regions.

• Collaborate closely with vendors to initiate and manage immigration procedures effectively. Oversee the clearance of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgetary guidelines. Work closely with finance teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Yearly Nomination Process: Lead the annual nomination process for employee transfers, working closely with business units to identify suitable candidates for international assignments.

• Mobility Reporting: Generate and analyze mobility reports to track key metrics and provide insights into mobility trends and patterns. Utilize data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

• Internal Policy Evaluation: Evaluate and refine internal mobility policies and guidelines to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices. Recommend updates and enhancements as needed.
