Key Responsibilities:
- Program Execution: Oversee the successful execution of global partner programs, ensuring alignment with ExpressVPN’s strategic goals and delivering measurable results.
- Key Account Management: Manage relationships with top-tier global partners, providing support, managing communications, and identifying new areas for collaboration.
- Partner Solutioning: Collaborate with partners and internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that enhance product offerings and drive mutual success.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track program performance, generate insights, and report to senior management on key metrics and ROI.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders to optimise partner programs and ensure smooth execution.
Role Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or key account management roles, ideally within the tech, cybersecurity, or subscription industries.
- Account Management: Proven experience managing and growing strategic partnerships with large, global organisations.
- Program Management: Strong program management skills with the ability to execute complex projects and manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture while paying attention to the details that ensure success for ExpressVPN and its partners.
- Relationship Builder: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and with external partners.
- Problem Solver: Comfortable with ambiguity and navigating complex challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Market Focus: You’ve led global and regional deals and have extensive experience working across markets.
- Nice to have: Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian.
- Bachelor's degree required
