About the Role:  

Are you ready to take the reins of a dynamic role that empowers our external partners and drives our market presence to new heights? As the Senior Partner Enablement Manager at Go1, your mission is clear: Empower our resell, co-sell, and referral partners to best position Go1 in the marketplace. 

You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our revenue organization. Your responsibilities will encompass managing and evolving our re-seller certification program and designing top-tier enablement programs that equip our Partner Directors and Partner Success Directors with the knowledge and framework to optimize revenue from our partner ecosystem. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.

  • Resourceful Execution: Ensure our partners are well-equipped to effectively showcase Go1's solution in reselling and coselling scenarios, fostering stronger partnerships.  
  • Ecosystem Insight: Work with our Partner teams to uncover evolving needs of our partner ecosystem and global stakeholders, shaping the strategy and implementation of enablement and upskill programs. This includes designing, developing, and delivery for internal teams so they can effectively deliver to our partners.  
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner closely with our Partner Directors (pre-sale) and Partner Success Directors (post-sale), Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Integration teams to develop new and revamp existing programs. 
  • Academy Enhancement: Collaborate with our Partner Program Team, Operations, Product, and Partner Marketing to continuously enhance and maintain the Partner Academy, ensuring our partners have access to cutting-edge resources. 
  • Impactful Contribution: You'll have the chance to shape the trajectory of Go1's revenue success. Your work directly contributes to the achievement of our business objectives.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, partner needs, and market dynamics. 

Qualifications:  

  • 5+ years in a SaaS partner success environment  
  • Proven experience in partner enablement, channel marketing, partner training, or a similar role
  • A background in creating customer or partner learning programs for scale including live, e-learning, and blended delivery models
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and the ability to translate them into effective training programs for the partner ecosystem
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in enablement technology and tools
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-backed decisions
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excitement and ability to support a global team 
  • Must be located on the West coast in Pacific time

At Go1, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays between $130,000 and $170,000 and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is also eligible for the employee bonus plan and employee stock options.
