Build and maintain long-term relationships with Spanish-speaking partners across assigned markets
Manage and support a portfolio of partners, ensuring consistent performance and engagement
Work with warm leads and onboard new partners in close collaboration with the inbound team
Support partner growth and development to increase overall project revenue
Analyze partner performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and results
Provide partners with tailored recommendations and best practices to help them scale on the platform
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality partner experience and a safe ecosystem for users
It's all about you
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role — Account Manager, Business Development, Customer Success, Sales, or Affiliate Manager
Spanish at B2 level and English at B1+
Strong relationship-building and communication skills when working with partners or clients
Results-driven, client-focused approach with a genuine sense of ownership
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently, structure information effectively, and stay on top of multiple priorities at once
Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Tableau or Amplitude, strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Experience working with CRM tools
Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Canva
Would be a plus
