The role
Raydar is recruiting for this role on behalf of our client. Provide experienced paralegal support across a range of corporate practice areas, working with attorneys at every level rather than being tied to one lawyer. What you'll do
- Support attorneys across several corporate practice areas, including venture, M&A, governance and regulatory or IP filings.
- Handle entity formations, state filings and federal tax submissions across multiple states.
- Coordinate transaction closings from start to finish, including signature collection, investor tracking and final closing document distribution.
- Update and maintain capitalization tables using cap table management platforms.
- Draft and maintain corporate governance documents such as resolutions, equity awards and board minutes.
- Work confidently with attorneys from associates to partners and adjust your working style to each.
