Role overview
The primary responsibilities will include leading an NDA review team and undertaking second‑level reviews of NDAs as a priority, reporting into the Project Leader, as well as supporting wider transactional matters as required.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of NDAs, including second‑level reviews.
- Leading the NDA review team and managing related projects with increasing autonomy over time.
- Problem‑solving complex issues and providing guidance on NDA‑related queries.
- Mentoring and training junior team members.
- Contributing to and supporting a positive, collaborative, and friendly team culture.
Candidate requirements
- Substantial experience in drafting and negotiating NDAs.
- Financial Regulatory experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and pragmatic approach.
- Strong commercial judgement and confidence in asking questions where needed.
- Ability to work independently over time and lead projects with minimal supervision.
- A thorough and proactive approach, with a strong focus on attention to detail, accuracy, and efficient delivery.
