Be at the forefront of innovation in paid social experiments. As a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Loop, you'll be the driving force behind strategic experimentation that accelerates revenue growth. If you're eager to innovate, test, and continuously improve in a performance-first environment, this role is your next big leap.

As the Senior Paid Social Specialist, you'll be creating impact with every experiment you create. You'll focus on launching six new experiments each week, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in paid social. In addition to that, you'll provide ongoing guidance and mentorship to other Paid Social Specialists, ensuring best practices in experimenting, briefing, and optimizing workflows while maintaining a consistent output of qualitative briefs delivered by the team. You’ll be diving deep into data alongside the Data Team, extracting insights that fuel new growth opportunities. Your role doesn't stop at experimentation — it’s about aligning paid social strategies with Loop’s broader goals, ensuring a revenue-first approach every step of the way.

Your other responsibilities:

  • Mentoring your fellow team members in best practices for experimentation.
  • Continuously improve and refine the existing experiment framework to maximize team productivity.
  • Collaborate closely with the Data Team to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
  • Align paid social strategies with the overall product and company roadmap.

How you’ll succeed as a Senior Paid Social Specialist:
Your ability to balance creativity with strategy will set you apart. You’ll need to be proactive in seeking out new trends, ensuring each experiment isn’t just innovative but also aligned with financial goals. Strong communication will be key as you guide your team and collaborate with stakeholders across the business, translating insights into actionable strategies.

These key competences will set you up for success:

  • 5+ years of paid social experience, with a proven track record in scaling campaigns.
  • Expertise in designing and managing experiments within paid social platforms.
  • Experience coaching team members in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong data analysis skills, collaborating with data teams to extract actionable insights.
  • A revenue-first mindset, always tying campaign performance to financial outcomes.
