We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Analyst to join our extended team and support one of our clients, a B2B-focused agency, in planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns with a strong focus on Google Ads

Key Details
  • Contract Type: Full-time
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Open to candidates in LATAM
  • Language Requirement: Advanced English proficiency (C1)

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven campaigns, primarily in Google Ads.
  • Media Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets efficiently across platforms, ensuring consistent performance and optimization.
  • Cross-Channel Support: Contribute to campaigns in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads where needed, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
  • Reporting & Optimization: Build performance dashboards using Looker Studio or spreadsheets; extract insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (content, design, SEO, analytics) to ensure campaign cohesion and relevance.
  • Client Interaction: Support in client-facing sessions when required, to explain results and strategic directions in a clear, actionable way.
Minimum Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and performance.
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns or clients simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency or multi-client environment.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, and spreadsheets for reporting and tracking.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, or YouTube Ads.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles and how they intersect with paid strategies.
  • Experience in B2B marketing or with service-based businesses is a plus — not a must.
  • A results-driven mindset focused on continuous performance improvement.
