The role

The Organisational Development (OD) team designs and delivers frameworks, processes and initiatives that support organisational effectiveness, performance and long-term talent development.

As a Senior Associate, you will support the delivery of core OD processes and programmes, including performance management, talent and succession planning, culture initiatives and job architecture. You will work closely with the OD team and the wider People team to ensure these activities are coordinated, data-driven and effectively embedded across the organisation.

This is a highly collaborative role, requiring strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Supporting delivery of performance management cycles, including timelines, communications and materials
  • Assisting with talent and succession reviews, preparing data, insights and stakeholder materials
  • Producing high-quality presentations, documentation and guidance for senior stakeholders
  • Analysing performance and talent data to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Coordinating organisational development projects, tracking milestones, risks and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
  • Partnering with the wider People team to ensure alignment across OD processes
  • Maintaining OD documentation, templates and tools to support scalable and efficient ways of working
Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience in organisational development, learning and development, HR or other People-related roles
  • Experience supporting cyclical people processes such as performance management and talent reviews
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear, high-quality materials
  • Confidence working with data, including analysing and presenting insights
  • The ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support across multiple projects
