Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Order Management Analyst to be the first member to develop our Global Order Management function. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate order bookings, fulfillment, and providing exceptional support to our Global customers. You will play a crucial role in optimizing order workflows, improving processes, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end order management process, from order entry and potentially fulfillment.
  • Ensure all orders are processed and booked in full compliance with company guidelines and policies, maintaining accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance and compensation to ensure seamless order processing and resolution of any issues.
  • Analyze order data and performance metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for order-related inquiries and provide expert guidance to internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for order management processes and workflows.
  • Monitor and resolve any order discrepancies or delays, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members on order management systems and processes.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve order management practices.
  • Own the processing of vendor questionnaires and facilitate the completion of security questionnaires.
  • Perform Quarterly audits to ensure renewal opportunities are aligned to each booking.
  • Assist with the creation of Marketplace Private Offers.
  • Coordinate any order refunds, credits, cancellations, etc. 
  • Support Deal Desk activities as needed, including deal review and approval, optimizing deal structures, and guiding pricing, discounting, and contract terms to drive sales efficiency. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience in order management, sales support, or related roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in order management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a global environment and understanding of cultural nuances.
  • Availability to work during West Coast hours (8 am - 5 pm PST).
  • Availability to work extended shifts during peak periods such as month, quarter and year end.
