Job Responsibilities :- Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP, including entering and validating customer orders, managing order changes or updates, preparing documentation, and coordinating shipping to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment
- Monitor order tracking and ensure all orders follow established fulfillment SOPs
- Perform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse records
- Manage return merchandise processes across warehouse(s)
- Establish, monitor, and manage service providers to ensure optimal resource utilization
- Maintain and manage data for periodic metrics and reporting to Management
- Handle Certificate of Origin applications
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics Management, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effective communicator who can work independently and collaboratively, with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
