Job Responsibilities :Responsible for managing end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment operations within the consumer electronics industry. This includes processing orders in SAP, overseeing inventory management and replenishment, coordinating shipments, handling returns, ensuring compliance with fulfillment SOPs, resolving order-related issues, managing logistics service providers, and maintaining accurate reporting and performance metrics. The role also involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to optimize inventory levels, minimize excess and obsolete stock risks, and ensure efficient order delivery to partners and customers.- Good knowledge and familiar with ecommerce fulfillment operations practices and strategies in consumer electronics industry.
- Responsible for end-to-end order processing in SAP. (Such as, Order entry / Administration / Shipping)
- Monitor the order tracking process and ensure order are processed in accordance with fulfillment SOP.
- Perform replenishment shipment to regional warehouse(s) in accordance to inventory replenishment strategy.
- Perform sales & marketing / support & replacement shipments to partners or end consumers.
- Review & perform order rectification prior to shipment status.
- Respond to issues ticketing systems pertaining to order related quires.
- Responsible for SAP inventory reconciliation against warehouse(s).
- Manage return merchandise in warehouse(s).
- Establish, monitor and manage service providers to ensure resource optimization in various aspects.
- Co-ordinate with relevant parties on excess and obsolescence inventory dispositions to minimize company’s risk.
- Maintain and manage data for periodic metric reporting to the Management.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain / Logistics Management or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in the consumer electronics industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of SAP ECC an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, meticulous, and communicative.
- Strong individual capable to execute independently to solve problems and team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
