We seek a highly motivated Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management to join our consulting practice. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in supporting our clients’ transformation journeys, and focus on customer projects. You’ll work closely with our diverse, dynamic team to deliver Oracle solutions that align with our clients’ strategic goals.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud subject matter expert providing best-practice guidance on Talent Acquisition & Talent Management business processes

  • Hands-on configuration working with functional set up across Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

  • Research, design, and execution of the Oracle application through testing and implementation

  • Client-facing communications, including but not limited to, articulating business strategy, facilitating difficult conversations, and articulating complex business requirements in layman’s terms

  • Working autonomously and collaborating with project teams

  • Develop work plan, follow, and deliver in line with Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Implementation Roadmap and Methodology

  • Lead groups in business process reengineering & ArcLight best practices

  • Provide inputs to the Project Manager to ensure a comprehensive project plan and buy-in from key client stakeholders

  • Lead business process prototype workshop and requirements gathering sessions and support clients in defining relevant processes

  • Analyze business requirements and develop effective configuration solutions

  • Support the implementation of the technical and functional work stream

  • Responsible for successful testing of developed solution including User Acceptance Testing and working with the users to validate the solution

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4+ years of implementation experience with Talent Acquisition & Talent Management (Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Journeys/Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management, and Succession Planning)

  • Experience with Oracle Core HR a plus

  • Experience and knowledge of HR, recruiting, and talent management processes

  • Experience with security, approval workflows, reporting

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other related field

  • Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing customer and systems requirements, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions

  • Ability to work with the functional and technical team members to accurately document requirements, create functional design strategies, and facilitate testing for technical integration

 

Work Environment & Travel

  • Remote-first position for U.S. or Canada-based candidates

  • Ability to travel up to 25% within the United States for client on-site needs

This position requires periodic travel to the United States for business meetings, client consultations, and other temporary business activities. Candidates must be legally eligible to travel to the United States for these required business purposes. At this time, the Company is unable to provide sponsorship for U.S. work visas, including TN or L-1 status, where such sponsorship is required.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation will vary depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.

  • The estimated base salary range for this position is USD $100,000 - $145,000

  • Annual incentive compensation potential of up to 20%, paid in quarterly installments

  • The total estimated compensation range is USD $120,000 - $174,000
