The Role
We are seeking an Operations Engineer passionate about system operations, troubleshooting, and automation. In this role, you’ll:
- Support and maintain our infrastructure
- Resolve operational issues
- Contribute to process improvements and automation

- Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Operational Tasks: Perform software updates, system patching, and manage user access
- Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidance
- Collaboration: Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved.
What You Bring
Technical Skills:
- Basic Linux and/or Windows administration with troubleshooting abilities
- Exposure to scripting or programming with Python and Bash
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferable, but also AWS is taken into consideration)
- Awareness of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, DNS, troubleshooting)
Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years in IT, system administration, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies
- Experience with monitoring, logging, or cloud platforms
- Exposure to automation tools or practices
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus
- Passion for technology and solving real-world problems

NB! Working hours: 05:00 am –13:00 CET, Monday to Friday — availability during these hours is mandatory. This corresponds to 00:00–08:00 BRT (Brazil), 23:00–07:00 COT (Colombia), and similar overnight/early-morning hours across the Americas.
NB2! The role is planned as an initial 6-month engagement, with the opportunity to continue beyond this period depending on the project’s needs and progress.

Skills Required
