Job Description:
Senior Operations Strategy Analyst
What You'll Do
- Conduct analysis and evaluation of business data to identify solutions for moderately complex business problems.
- Ensure operational processes are integrated and effective across the organization.
- Work with business partners to implement new and enhanced existing processes that measurably to improve the customer experience.
- Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
- Serve as the subject matter expert for service functions, such as payments, statements processing, rewards, and other service activities.
- Work with HQ and Field teams to implement new programs.
- Monitor success of implemented programs and suggest improvements.
- Point of contact for process and procedure changes and complaint remediation.
- Create and maintain project documentation. Create and monitor progress, controls, and/or productivity reports.
- Perform all functional validation/business checkouts for system implementation. Participate in operational readiness activities for migration to new servicing platform.
- Work to develop and plan training events; ensure updates for new or changed processes are fitted into New Hire Training.
- Provide updates to senior management, including status reports.
Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Services, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service or Financial Services Operations
- In lieu of a degree, 4+ years of experience in Customer Service or Financial Services Operations
Bonus Points If You Have
- 2+ years of experience in applicable line of business (Credit Cards, Deposits, Personal Loans, Student Loans, Home Loans and/or Payments), or related field

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $65,000.00 to $109,800.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
