Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Operations Specialist to join us shaping the future of Razer Silver - the world’s leading loyalty program for gamers.

Strategically Support Razer Silver Engagement:

  • Support the development and execution of a multifaceted Razer Silver engagement strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative approaches to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.

Collaborate Across Diverse Teams:

  • Foster close collaborations with various internal stakeholders, including business, account management, marketing, finance, legal, and compliance teams, while also nurturing productive relationships with external partners to ensure the seamless execution of high-impact campaigns and initiatives.

Curate and Expand Rewards Catalog:

  • Support the rewards program in curating and expanding a diverse rewards catalog, meticulously balancing localized and global rewards to create a compelling user experience that aligns with Razer's strategic objectives.

Optimize Rewards Inventory Management:

  • Strategically manage and optimize the intricate rewards inventory, implementing dynamic systems that accommodate evolving user preferences and changes in the rewards landscape.

Advanced Rewards Data Analysis:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of rewards redemption trends, extracting actionable insights to inform program and campaign optimization, and identifying previously unseen opportunities for increased program effectiveness.

Post-Campaign Fulfilment and Analysis:

  • Elevate post-campaign analysis, reporting, and fulfillment by implementing methodologies, creating comprehensive reports, and executing fulfillment operations with a focus on efficiency and user satisfaction.

Revolutionize Operational Management:

  • Lead the transformation of operational management systems and processes by introducing innovative best practices that increase efficiency and effectiveness, resulting in enhanced program performance.

Streamlined Financial Management:

  • Oversee the management of invoice reconciliation, ensuring that all invoices are meticulously reviewed, processed, and settled within agreed terms.

Execute High-Impact Loyalty Campaigns:

  • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize loyalty marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring that each campaign operationally contributes to the overarching business goals.

Razer Silver Projects:

  • Support and manage all ad-hoc Silver-related projects and initiatives, involving a higher level of complexity, innovation, and strategic thinking to support the overall growth and success of the program.

Pre-Requisites :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology or related field
  • Minimally 3 - 5 years of experience in program management is a must
  • Experience with loyalty program management tools and content management systems
  • Experience in data analysis with demonstrated ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Strong self-starter, excellent interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with teams across multiple areas in a matrix organization
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written presentation skills. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft office is a must.
  • Good time-management skills and able to manage multiple concurrent projects and set clear priorities
  • Experience in digital services/ gaming/ loyalty rewards space is a plus
