The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Operations Analyst to join our Innovation Studio team. In this pivotal role, you'll be instrumental in supporting and scaling our dynamic partnership ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of operations, finance, and partner success, ensuring seamless processes and strong relationships.

A Typical Day: 

  • Partner Onboarding & Management: Lead the operational aspects of partner onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into the Q2 ecosystem.
  • Billing & Financial Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with the accounting department for partner billing, ensuring timely notification for billing readiness and collaborating with the account team to resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
  • Usage-Based Billing System Management: Own and optimize our usage-based billing system, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Process Enhancement & Optimization: Proactively identify, analyze, and implement improvements to existing operational processes within the Innovation Studio team, driving efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Sales Order Processing: Accurately process partner sales orders, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring alignment with established procedures.
  • Documentation Improvement: Collaborate closely with the Partner Success team to enhance and standardize partner documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and generate insightful reports for leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with various internal teams, including product, engineering, sales, and legal, to support partner initiatives and resolve operational challenges.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide timely and effective support for operational issues, identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in an operations role, with a strong preference for experience in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven experience in managing complex operational processes, including billing and partner onboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using operational software and tools, including CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira, Confluence), billing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
