Senior Operations Accountant – GP Fund Solutions

What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client accounting records, including journal entries for payroll, payments, expenses, and accruals, as well as the processing and review of accounts payable invoices.
- Deliver responsive client service by recording and analyzing transactions, preparing reconciliations, and assembling detailed financial workpaper packages.
- Prepare and review cash reports to support effective cash management.
- Process client payments via wire transfers and checks, ensuring proper authorization and accuracy.
- Maintain and update client and investor banking and wiring instructions across multiple entities.
- Prepare monthly or quarterly client financial reports, including completion and review of bank reconciliations.
- Assist with the coordination and preparation of annual tax packages and supporting schedules.
- Manage semi-monthly payroll processing through third-party vendors, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field of study.
- 2+ years of bookkeeping or staff accounting experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
