Job DescriptionARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Senior ECM Developer – OpenText & Microsoft 365 to join one of our key client projects in Luxembourg.
In this role, you will support innovation in Electronic Document & Records Management (EDRM/GED) and lead interoperability with Microsoft 365. You’ll focus on modernizing legacy customizations, building cloud-compatible solutions, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
THE WORK:
- Design and implement cloud-compatible solutions for GED interoperability and innovation projects.
- Modernize and replace legacy customisations with scalable and maintainable implementations.
- Develop, configure, and extend the GED platform using SmartUI and modern programming languages.
- Maintain and gradually migrate legacy components built with Oscript.
- Collaborate on Microsoft 365 integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Support workflows, including signature workflows (e.g., DocuSign).
- Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
- Work in an Agile/DevOps environment with continuous delivery practices.
- Produce documentation and share technical knowledge with colleagues and stakeholders.
Flexible: The work location for this role includes a mix of working remotely and onsite at a client in Luxembourg.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Strong programming background in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with SmartUI development.
- Ability to maintain and replace legacy Oscript customisations.
- Knowledge of system interoperability and cloud architecture.
- Experience working in Agile/DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years in software development or systems design.
- Proven experience with enterprise content, electronic document management (ECM/EDRM) platforms such as OpenText GED.
- Track record of delivering interoperability and integration solutions with Microsoft 365.
