POSITION PURPOSE
The Regional Online Operations Manager role reports to the Regional Online Commercial Manager requires strong ecommerce operation capabilities with business acumen, problem-solving and non-compromise mindsets to the Aesop service offers. This role operates as part of Regional Online Commercial Team for driving the overall operation efficiency across all Asian market in its digital business in Aesop.com or 3rd party marketplace.

Main Responsibilities
- Communicate DMI digital strategy to local markets, refine and localise for execution to achieve sales targets
- Responsible for driving the demand forecast procedures that match with the sales budget across market with proper expenses being reflected with comparison on the planned and actual numbers
- Drive Aesop NGL site change request roadmap:
- Liase with DMI on Brand Layer feature/ UX enhancements
- Liase with NGL/ IT/ BPO/ Luxe team on change requests priorities & resources allocation - Work with Zone IT and Local markets on online operations budget planning, e.g CR budget, maintenance cost, merchandising cost
Define and optimise BAU operations model for both NGL & non-NGL markets, e.g. campaign launch, merchandising, assets/ branded gift creation, change request, SEO & media operations - Define and gatekeep the pick-pack standards and optimise Aesop unboxing experience with the considerations on brand aesthetics, sustainability and local WH capabilities
- Ensure sufficient inventory levels to meet digital channel’s demand, work with Zone Supply Chain team on issues that might affect product availability or shipment schedule
- Monitor Aesop.com health and performance based on key metrics (traffic, conversion, transaction, fraud rate, oos etc.) with ecommerce best practices
- Provide insights based on each market's digital performance (both Aesop.com & marketplaces) and share across markets/ stakeholders as learnings/ best practices
- Drive creative support for online trade calendar in different digital channels
Collaborate with Zone marketing team on trade campaign & NPD launch planning - Define the media approach, monitor the operations, budget spending and performance reporting to support the business growth.
Requirements:
- University graduate in Marketing, Ecommerce, or Digital Marketing
- 6-8-year experience in Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or Retail & Analytics field
- Prior experience with Hybris is an advantage
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Tableau, JIRA and spreadsheet skills
- Experience in Google Adword, Google Display Network, Yahoo Ad, Bing Network operations
- Experience for working with luxury brand with passion in beauty products
- Strong sense of brand aesthetics
- Strong ownership and result-oriented person
- Able to build alliance with different stakeholders for executing the online commercial initiatives
- Ability to motivate the team for continuous improvement in performance
- Able to manage internal stakeholder’s expectations and shows progress
