Responsibilities:
- Establish and develop long-term relationships with international clients, understand their main goals and needs.
- Provide support in planning & execution of digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys for key clients.
- Ensure proper internal communication - translating client’s needs into specific actions within a cross-functional team.
- Establish and monitor KPIs as a holistic system to measure the success of the developed campaigns.
- Analyze campaign results and prepare proposals for improvement.
- Accumulate best practices on campaign planning and management to constantly share them with the team and client.
- Lead projects on a global/regional level in terms of strategic campaign development.
- Work with the Head of Omnichannel to develop and enhance our offering in Omnichannel Strategy and Transformation, aligned to the company vision and core domains of expertise.
- Act as an internal champion, coach and expert to educate our key stakeholders on these offerings (Sales, Omnichannel, wider Customer facing Teams, Delivery).
- Support Sales in pitching, development proposal and converting into Sales.
- Be a contributor for shaping approaches for projects.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- 5+ years of general experience with Omnichannel and digital marketing.
- Experience in the Life Sciences, Phrama or FMCG Industry is a must
- Fluent English from Upper-Intermediate, additional language is a plus.
- Breadth and depth of Omnichannel experience (brand planning, communication and messaging, Multichannel planning, Customer Engagement Planning, Campaign Execution, Reporting and Analytics).
- Experience of at least affinity with enabling technologies for deployment of Campaign and Content at scale including CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, Content Authoring platforms.
- Exposure to Modular approaches to deploying Campaign and Content.
- Experience with marketing strategy development on a global or regional level with further scaling to countries level.
- Strong communication and customer-oriented skills as a must.
- Project management and marketing/digital campaign coordination and planning experience.
- Proactive and open-minded, with the ability to constantly learn and develop.
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
- Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced marketing environment, constantly striving for excellence.
- Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
