We are looking for a:

Senior Omni Channel Campaign Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior Omni Channel Specialist should have a deep understanding of omnichannel marketing, including the ability to craft and execute seamless, integrated marketing strategies across multiple touchpoints and platforms. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years' experience.

Responsibilities:

Channel Specific Skillset:

  • Multi-Platform Proficiency: Mastery across multiple digital media channels, including social, search, programmatic, and more. Ability to create, manage, and optimize campaigns on these channels.
  • Customer Journey Mapping: Proficiency in mapping and understanding the customer journey, identifying key touchpoints, and developing strategies to engage customers consistently across their entire journey.
  • Data Integration: Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques to consolidate customer data from various channels, allowing for a unified view of customer interactions.
  • Marketing Automation: Experience with marketing automation platforms and the ability to set up automated, personalized customer journeys across different channels.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance across channels, generating insights and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Campaign Coordination: The ability to coordinate and synchronize marketing campaigns across channels to ensure a consistent brand message and customer experience.

Client Service Skillset:

  • Client Presentations: Ability to develop and present strategic, analytical and reporting documents in client facing meetings.
  • Client Meetings: Experience in navigating performance discussions in client facing meetings or workshops.

  • Effective Communication: Strong communication skills for engaging with clients, team members, and various stakeholders, conveying complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Creative Thinking: A creative mindset for generating innovative ideas and strategies that can be seamlessly integrated into omnichannel campaigns.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive client relationships by providing exceptional service, understanding their business objectives, and delivering on expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, developers, and data analysts to ensure seamless campaign integration.

  • Initiative: Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for campaign improvements and implementing changes.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Continuously seeking opportunities for data-driven campaign optimization, including A/B testing, personalization, and behavioural triggers.
  • Stay Current: A strong commitment to staying up to date with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices. The candidate should take the initiative to learn about the latest developments and apply them to client campaigns.
  • Adaptability: A willingness to adapt to changes and challenges in the fast-paced world of digital advertising. Being proactive in finding innovative solutions to emerging issues is essential.
  • In addition to the skills and qualities listed above, a Campaign Manager should have a track record of successful campaign management. They should be able to showcase their ability to drive results, provide actionable insights, and align campaigns with client objectives.
