Senior Okta Consultant

About the Role
Intragen is looking for an experienced Senior Okta Consultant to join our team on a contract basis, supporting client engagements across advisory, architecture and hands-on delivery. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement Okta solutions, and guide both stakeholders and technical teams through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead client workshops, gather requirements and advise on Okta best practice
- Define solution architecture and produce clear design documentation
- Configure Okta authentication, session and device-assurance policies
- Test, pilot and roll out policies and configurations to live users in a controlled way
- Document your work and produce reusable templates/guides where useful
- Support planning across deliverables, priorities and dependencies
- Provide guidance to junior consultants where needed
- Report progress regularly and keep delivery on track
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Okta experience, ideally including Okta Identity Engine, FastPass, phishing-resistant authentication, device assurance and Okta Workflows
- Okta Certified Consultant
- Comfortable leading workshops and managing stakeholders independently
- Experience producing solution architecture and design documentation
- Clear written communication skills
- Able to work across multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus
