• Manage the full spectrum of Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions, including but not limited to monthly payroll processing, final payment calculations, and C&B administration (e.g., MPF contributions and leave management).

• Administer employee compensation programs accurately and in compliance with applicable regulations.

• Handle annual tax return preparation and submission processes.

• Maintain and update HR systems with timely, accurate, and complete C&B data.

• Support HRIS implementation initiatives, including testing, data migration, and user coordination.

• Prepare, analyze, and review regular C&B reports to support decision-making and compliance.

• Serve as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors or authorities on C&B-related matters.

• Undertake additional duties or special projects as assigned.
