Global Transaction Services (GTS) comprises of Cash & Trade, Securities Services and Fiduciary Services. In an increasingly borderless world marked by burgeoning trade flow, expertise in trade finance services is an invaluable asset. Trade Finance, together with Cash Management, is the mainstay of GTS, and is extended to SME and corporate clients for their local and cross-border financial transaction needs.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify and evaluate potential small and medium-sized business (SMB) clients in the target market to expand business opportunities.
  • Develop and present compelling sales proposals tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to expand networks and enhance brand visibility.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in the payment industry.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, with a strong background in B2B business development preferred.
  • Familiarity with various e-commerce transaction models is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least two years of sales experience.
