Must-have Skills

To be successful in this role, you need:

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to guide and inspire engineering teams.
• Front-End Engineering: Javascript, React, Next.js Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in server-side development with Node.js, including building APIs and microservices.
• AWS: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for deploying and managing cloud-based applications.
• Full english proficiency.
