Summary of Position:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Network Operations Analyst to operate and improve our Infrastructure Services which include: Voice & Video, Public Cloud, LAN, WAN and Data Center platforms. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our global infrastructure services are delivered and managed excellently, adhering to best practices and industry operational standards
Role Overview:
· Act as a primary contact for infrastructure-related services, ensuring alignment with internal standards and guidelines.
· Collaborate with various teams to maintain service quality, security, and compliance.
· Participate in service reviews, continual improvement and change management sessions.
· Monitor, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the data center, Voice & Video, Webex,LAN, WAN and Public Cloud infrastructure, focusing on resiliency and security.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage NOC Infrastructure Services services to meet agreed service levels.
· Participate in project and service reviews, ensuring adherence to budget, quality and process, compliance, and security standards.
· Support incident and major incident management and ensuring accurate service documentation.
· Monitor Infrastructure services availability, capacity and performance, proposing improvements where necessary.
· Independently driving system upgrades, patches, and migrations to enhance infrastructure capabilities.

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications:
· University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
· 6+ years of IT experience in Voice, IP Telephony, CUCM, SIP, Webex and video with over 3 years in an advanced operations or engineering role.
· Proficiency in infrastructure management.
· Strong IT Infrastructure and end-user troubleshooting skills.
· Cisco CCNP or other Cisco/Juniper/AWS advanced industry certification in the areas of Voice, Video, Collaboration and Network, Cloud.
· ITIL Foundations
· Other relevant certifications or degrees are advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience in troubleshooting and resolving incidents and major incidents.
· Experience in implementing changes and fulfilling IT Infrastructure requests.
· Must be able to work independently on complex technical issues.
· Ability to communicate and collaborate with end users and service providers.
· Must be able to solve problems in a structured and methodical way.
· Proficiency with ServiceNow, ITIL, Cisco, Juniper, AWS, Azure platforms
