The Opportunity
As a Senior New Business Representative, you will interact with internal and external associates to facilitate the issuing of annuity policies. You will work with senior members of your team in a fast-paced environment as well as aiding other areas of the business, mentoring junior level associates. This position has a formal career progression plan in place.
Job Responsibilities
Senior New Business Representatives handle paperwork, both internal and external, to complete the issuing of annuity policies. This includes document review and complying with time, quality, and compliance standards. You will also initiate outbound contacts to writing agents via telephone, email, faxing, and mailing to resolve any issues with submitted paperwork and update user systems accurately to reflect case statuses. You will also instruct other employees on how to proceed at such time funds can be ordered from transferring companies. Attention to detail and accuracy, along with exceptional customer service are key elements for this position.
