Job Description
As a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop moderately complex solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under limited supervision.
THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE
The Senior Network Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure (Flexible Hybrid) role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:
Ability to support Data Center facilities and remediate various network incidents
Develop moderately complex solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components.
Understand the end-to-end performance of IT platforms.
Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
Independently monitor advanced performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.
***This position has a Tuesday through Saturday Schedule and will have on-call responsibilities***
THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM
Minimum Required Experiences
2 years of Enterprise Network Security Engineering experience
Experience with VPN Technolgies e.g. Zscaler, Citrix VPN
Experience with performance tuning and load balancing Technolgies
Experience supporting automation and IAC specifically, Terraform.
Experience with Routing, Switching, Firewall, and Checkpoint technologies
Experience in the cloud networking space, e.g. core routing and switching.
Experience responding to incidents and mitigating infrastructure errors.
Experience in on call engagement as needed for network impacting incidents
Planned change implementation support as needed
Understanding of Data center infrastructure, cabling and environmental requirements.
